Return and refund policy

We want you to be confident in what you purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items that fail quality checks will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Eligible orders qualify for reverse pickup where serviceable.

  • A return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on payment mode and order type.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
