Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
    (Delivery times may vary based on location and courier serviceability.)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for high-risk or repeat non-delivery orders.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.


Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      may not be eligible for re-shipment.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.


Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear images or a short video of the issue for quick resolution.


Address Changes

  • Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

  • Once dispatched, we cannot modify delivery details.
